About Erik Orozco, L.C.S.W
Erik (they/them) is a licensed therapist dedicated to helping adults cultivate a more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned life. They specialize in supporting individuals within LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities as they navigate healing, identity, and personal growth.
As a Queer, Latine, non-binary clinician, Erik brings both lived experience and a deep commitment to cultural humility in their work. They are particularly attuned to the impact of systemic oppression and work thoughtfully with individuals from historically marginalized communities to foster empowerment, resilience, and self-understanding.
Erik’s approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in creating a safe, inclusive therapeutic space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their journey.
Services are offered in English, Spanish, and French.

My approach to therapy is integrative; I am trained in both traditional talk therapies like psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as body-based approaches to healing like EMDR therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Occasionally, I incorporate hypnotic and ego-state techniques to assist folks with dissociative experiences. As a somatic practitioner, I work with clients to facilitate the mind-body connection as part of their healing journey

Relationships and collaborations with for-profit and not-for profit organizations are of vital importance to our faculty because these exchanges of scientific information foster innovation. As experts in their fields, WCM physicians and scientists are sought after by many organizations to consult and educate. WCM and its faculty make this information available to the public, thus creating a transparent environment.
